The staff greeted everyone warmly and was always available. I had a room on a higher floor. It faced away from the street, so it was quiet. The metro station across the street made getting around very easy. The complimentary water refills were a nice touch, and the breakfast provided a good start to each day.

The metro STATION was right there so I got around okay. breakfast was alright. They had enough stuff to eat.
the room was supposed to be ready. i got there and the FRONT desk said it wasn't. I had TO wait. They did not seem all THAT concerned.
